Welcome Helen! I see you work in finance. First, let’s run your helpers—we call them CP-Works. They are managed by CP-Chief, who coordinates the work you assign with the CP-Works teams.
To get you started, we’ve added a few initial workflows in CP-Works-FINANCE1 (see below). You can change any of these workflows simply by telling me what you want to modify, and I will make the changes for you. Once updated, you can run and test the workflow right away.

Google will ask you to allow Gmail and Drive. CorePossess can read your email and documents. It cannot send mail or change files.
This report is for CorePossess. It has counts only, so names, records, documents, and what anyone wrote stay on this machine.

This uses two places. This machine keeps the locked copy and the key. The standardization portal is where you approve the new supplier. The portal never receives the key or your records.
